woke up early and walked to a gadget shop, showed them the lens and they offerd 1500 bhat after several minutes of bartering. I declined.then I walked a couple of K to the main port and found another shop that offered 3000 bhat, this was almost the same as i bough the lens forso i was happy enough. This gave me more than enough money to get back to bangkok.
The boat trip from the island was smooth, with great views of nothing. Only the blue horizon and a few clouds in sight, the clouds turned to black and you could see strips of rain meeting the sea, while listening to pelican this was fairly epic.
